These bags are the right size. However, the pump and getting it to work properly just sucks. Or, well, it's not. What shit. lol. You can purchase a FoodSaver portable electric vacuum sealer that will make this much easier. But in most cases you need to find a little middle ground for the standard pump to suck air out of the bag (which is a very small amount per pump). I want to use a screw pump instead. They seem to work much better. But it's hard to find right-sized bags that aren't too big, so they got it right.
