Good holder for the money but falls short on the volume on the volume button on Google Pixel 4

bought this to mount my phone to a motorcycle handlebar. I only have two complaints: the included rubber pads keep falling off when the phone isn't in place, and I always have to pick them up off my garage floor and stick them back on. Another issue is that it snaps right over my Google Pixel 4's volume button and turns on the ringer. Volume all the way down. When I'm riding it's not a problem, but if I forget to turn up the volume I miss a lot of calls when I'm not on my bike.
