Customer friendly software, easy for customer support personnel! Support from sales team was helpful but not great in terms of helping me understand which features are best when I have questions - so sometimes my requests go unanswered. We've used it to monitor our apartment buildings with cameras that we don't own or rent (and thus can only control remotely). So far, this has been very useful because there's no need (or expense!) to hire an employee just to keep track/manage security camera locations etc., especially since most building managers aren't computer savvy at all anyway. It'd be nice if more functions were available through smartphone apps. For instance using GPS location tracking would allow tenants easier access than having someone physically visit each site every time something changes. That being said though these days you could probably make use even of some sortof mobile app like DoorDash / Postmates without actually hiring additional employees fulltime. Just another way people are able find cheap solutions now instead of relying solely upon traditional businesses such as plumbers & electricians who charge rates many times higher due to volume discounts alone offered by large companies. Using technology makes sense today & will continue making better financial decisions moving forward too. Benefits include cost savings associated w/ The software has a lot of features that help us keep everything under control. It's constantly improving. This program can be somewhat complex at first, but it gets easier with time. I have never had any issues while using this product. It does what we need in an efficient manner. We use this for multiple properties. It helps us keep track of all our tenants and help us manage them better. It also makes it easy for us to keep track of maintenance and repairs.
