1. Solar indicators do not work even if 1 or 2 panels are in full sun. The panels successfully charge other batteries. The light came on a few days ago and hasn't since. The support team is only available via email and takes many hours to reply, presumably because they work according to Asian time. It's hard to even find contact information.3. Some of the things customer support told me about the device should be IN THE USER MANUAL. Why should I receive information via email that everyone should have right in the package?4. After 4 days of occasional use, the block broke completely. The power button does nothing. Completely dead.5. If the device was working, the power output LED was wrong/inaccurate. The meter showed 000 when I connected a Vornado fan that was drawing about 39 watts. They told me that "the device will not show any load unless it is more than 100 watts". um What? All in all, it's just cheap bullshit. Even if it works for you for a while, eventually you will have to replace it and it will only cost you more time and trouble.
