I am only giving this set four stars because my set only had three microfiber towels instead of four and you need AT LEAST four microfiber towels of this size to wash a compact car. Seems like a pretty big omission. But I love this set, and I think the waterless car wash is great for people like me: a city dweller with a covered garage parking space who is broke and has absolutely no way of hand washing his car other than paying an outside specialist. I just spent about 1.5 hours cleaning my Honda Fit and it was pretty easy. Remember this was my first hand car wash (first car I owned) and I was very thorough (exterior and interior cleaning including door crevices and windows). I used an entire bottle of Ethos solution on my Fit and there was literally a teaspoon or less left in the bottle. I was very generous with the spray as I wanted to make sure the dirt was smeared and wouldn't scratch the good wax and polish I got a week earlier and went over some areas twice. The before/after photo of my tailgate speaks for itself. Even the close-up of the shine after cleaning proves that this waterless cleaner delivers what it promises. My car's roof had some 'burnt' spots from the previous owner's neglect that even the cleaners didn't notice. can be removed without damaging the paint. I tried to 'soften' the stains by spraying a generous amount of Ethos Waterless Wash over it, then placing a damp microfiber cloth on top and letting it sit for a few minutes. Unfortunately, no miracle happened. But Ethos never claimed this product. Just a warning to people that while this product is great, it's not a magic spray that will solve all your dirty car problems. Overall I'm very happy with this product, although I didn't get my fourth microfiber and will have to buy my own. It was very easy to use and the results speak for themselves. Amazing on my windows, even on tinted interiors. The included gray microfibers are really pretty and if I need to re-order this product I will definitely be adding some to my order as they really are the perfect size and thickness. I bought a larger microfiber designed for waterless washing and it turned out to be too big and bulky. A fragrance is not something to write home about. However, it's weak and not overwhelming at all, so that's a bonus. I will definitely buy again. Just hope the company will have better quality control next time!
