Due to Covid19 I am in virtual conferences most of the day so I wanted to have a mic I can use that is much better than the one in my MAC built-in beeches. I made several recordings with this mic and the built in mic on my Mac. The difference in sound day and night. This mic is directional and seems to block out outside noise and only pick up my voice. I've also compared it to my Logitech WebCam with the built in microphone and that's stunning too. Was really plug and play for my MAC, just plug into a USB port and select USB codec in System Preferences to set up the mic. Highly recommended.
