Review on Two by Four by Michael Hale

I really liked being able to get feedback from other applicants before moving forward with them for an interview process! It would be so helpful if there was more consistency in how questions were asked between employees/applicants as it made things easier when preparing my responses (i did NOT like some aspects).

Also loved having two separate applications - one through email where you could provide your own answers vs someone else writing out what they thought we should answer or say; which is something i think only applies while using this application online but not via phone interviews. This helps me prepare better since its hard sometimes getting all information at once during our initial meeting over coffee etc.- just knowing exactly who wants info about us beforehand makes everything go smoother afterwards because people tend do respond differently depending upon their preference / situation regarding hiring managers & candidates alike :) Overall very good experience thus far!! Its helped.
