This is a small disco star projector that offers an amazing light show. There are a few issues with this setup, which I'll address later. As far as I can see there are two speakers on either side of the device. They're well protected inside, but when I crank it up to full speed, they sound pretty tinny. It has the ability to play music from its own flash drive, but not an SD card like some of these projectors. The kit includes a remote control that allows you to change modes (LED, laser) and combine light shows. Effects and music/audio streaming controls. It quickly became clear to me that the value of this so-called musical star projector does not lie in its streaming capability, but rather in its stage lighting. The Bluetooth capabilities were excellent. The settings on my iPad Pro were immediately recognized and connected to the BTK10. The main issue I had from the start was the ability to maintain an audio connection after pairing with my iPad. As I said, the communication was great, but ultimately problematic. The music was tinny (I can deal with that), but the real problem was that I kept losing volume. At first I thought it was because I misused my remote and/or the buttons on the remote. Not so. When I was able to connect, the volume quickly fell silent and a slightly annoying voice came out announcing that I was at "minimum volume". What I did. I would fix that quickly by pressing the volume down button. This turned out to be a futile endeavor, as the connection kept dropping quickly. If I didn't have a lot of experience with these devices I would call and ask for a refund. The operation is not intuitive and sometimes not easy. I don't think I had a bad block. On the other hand, the light show was worth the effort. I was able to easily switch from laser to LED functions. It was a lot of fun experimenting with combining effects and controlling the speed of the sea waves. Now that I was streaming, the effect was pretty annoying. I take back my words, it was annoying. The lighting effects were erratic and very difficult to handle visually. I would not recommend this Music Starry Projector to anyone as the combined effects are poorly executed. That's pretty far from the realm of professional lighting and should only be seen as a toy, honestly at best.
