I would like a reply from the seller (#

First of all I'm not sure what I paid for as the little box with these things seems to be fake. I only found one strap and one insert put it in the box.But in the instructions and pictures there are 3 parts: 2 straps and one insert, one strap for shoelaces and one strap for walking without shoes.Second, it is very difficult to connect the insert to the ankle strap.Very little flexibility and if you pull a little more the insert comes too close to the ankle and doesn't lift anything.I have it with another P Tried aar running shoes, with the same result. I went outside, onto the pavement, to test the material. Zero difference walking with this brace m or without this brace and I have moderate foot drop. Before this brace I bought another one (same style but more expensive). I had to return it. That does not work. Unfortunately they do not accept returns on these braces. In any event, I would like to hear from the seller (not Ossur) regarding the missing strap described in Ossur's instructions. I don't want to explore a world that has Ossur vendors. Ossur is headquartered on the island and I don't think another strap should be sold separately as an accessory! That price is high for this stuff and I was charged $50.95 excluding tax and shipping?! Now I'm seeing a lower price and I don't understand why I'm paying about $7.00 more as a Prime member if they don't accept returns?!

Pros
  • EASY TO USE AND INVISIBLE - Attach this easy-to-use ankle strap to any type of shoe (lace-ups or sandals). The plastic insert fits discreetly between the tongue and the laces, making it virtually unobtrusive, when worn. Also available in the version without shoes
Cons
  • Compatibility
