Using this product, our team found that the backpack WAS poorly made and lacked durability... The stitching began to fray after just a few uses, making it difficult to trust with heavy luggage. The only positive aspect was the design, but the overall quality did not justify the high price tag. We would not recommend this product to anyone in need of a dependable casual daypack..
