Problematic installation

Not much to check as I couldn't install the device or get the installation wizard. And I have a degree in Information Technology. As an IT professional, I have a zero-tolerance policy toward "broken" or "difficult-to-install" new hardware. If you follow the instructions verbatim and it doesn't work the way it should, it will fall behind. I'm not going to spend hours with a first level support person trying to figure out what's going on. The device does not work as advertised or as described.
