Review on Enhanced Corebay Ceiling Fan Remote Control: UC7078T Replacement with Light Dimmer & Wall Mount - No Reverse Function by Shawna Sparks

I hired an electrician to install the fan/light kit and he also installed this remote and commented that it was easy to install be. We couldn't test the remote control because it didn't come with a battery. The specifications indicate the lack of a battery. The product description states that a battery is required. It's a pity I didn't read the description carefully, BUT if an unusually sized battery is required, I think it would be very inconsiderate on the part of the manufacturer not to supply it. No AA or AAA or 9V - 12V is required. I've found inconsistencies with many products lately.
