After about 6 months of use, the tablet restarted intermittently. The screen got hot in the top right corner when held vertically. I contacted Samsung first and they asked me to do a factory reset which I did and no fixes. I contacted Samsung again and they provided me with a shipping label to send it back. After receiving the tablet from the first service they said they "fixed" it but the tablet won't charge anymore. I contacted Samsung again and they asked me to send it back in for repair, which I did. The service provider then sends the tablet back to me (sends it to the wrong, nonexistent address, then redirects it back to me) and nothing changes. I contacted Samsung again and they said "Oh sorry. In fact, you sent the table to a PHONE repair company. You have two choices: you can try to resend it, or we can leave it as is. Some customers prefer not to ship anymore." I politely asked them to send me a third shipping label so they could try to repair it again. I have a feeling that Samsung is aware that some of their devices are faulty but they do their best to delay repair until the warranty expires. Every time I contact Samsung, ship the unit and receive it back takes at least a month. I purchased an extended warranty through Revain (Square Trade). , but since the table is still covered by Samsung's one-year warranty, it's not covered yet. Working with Samsung is a huge waste of time and time, I recommend you not to spend your hard-earned money on Samsung because their customer service is extremely poor (support reps look tired and unwilling to help you) and their practice is even worse.3rd time repair: the table keeps loading no I don't and the repair report says that everything is fine with the table. Everything is wrong because it does not turn on! I will do my best not to buy any more Samsung products.
