I live in a village near the swamp waters of Louisiana. When we released the dog we didn't want to tie it up because we didn't want anything that could reach it. It was just what we needed to keep them in the yard and keep them from chasing trucks down the road. We didn't have to use anything stronger than vibration to get their attention (thanks).
