The interface is very intuitive for most users, whether they be providers or patients! As far as I've seen it's easy to navigate around your medical records when you're looking at them in person - which can sometimes be difficult if not familiarized with how things work within their website. It takes some time getting used to but once you do there are many benefits including that all provider staff have instant notification of what medications/injections are due next and reminders sent out so no one forgets anything important (at least from my experience). All of our doctors also use this program too, so we don't always know about new appointments being scheduled until afterwards.
