Gave us 2 good years but now you need to get a little creative when trying to lower the tailgate. Can't just pull the handle like normal people - you have to wiggle it, get the key right, then pull, and only then it sometimes opens. My boyfriend wants another one, but since I can open it 90% of the time, I'm sticking with my chances.
