Review on 🔊 Enhance Your Audio Experience with the LG SK1 Sound Bar (2018) by Natasha Boulden

I have a new LG OLED TV and wanted to improve the sound. Although many other soundbars have higher ratings, I figured using LG would allow this soundbar to work with TV apps and the remote easily. It wasn't like that. Every time I went to the app (Netflix, Revain Fire TV, Hulu) the audio was very weak. Finally, in the settings, I found that the sound processing in applications (Dolby, DTS) is not compatible with this soundbar. I had to go into the TV settings every time I went to one of these applications - changing the settings did not remain in memory. It was difficult. The sound was ok, nothing special. I think the TV sound quality is better. Just not very loud. I have a Denon AVR with a Blu-ray player connected to my TV. So I get good sound when I turn it on. I was just looking for something simple to increase the volume while watching the news or other network programs. I returned it and will buy something else - probably a Yamaha soundbar.
