I like that I can access my company files from any computer without having to go through a file server or emailing them. It's also nice that I am able to use it as an electronic filing cabinet so I do not have to carry a physical box of documents around anymore. The only thing that I dislike about the cloud is that sometimes my computer freezes when accessing certain programs. Try it out! You will find that it makes things easier for your employees. We are solving our storage problems by storing all of our files in the cloud instead of hard drive space.
