A really necessary purchase, I'm glad I found this product.
For this money? I have no idea what you're talking about. The images captured by the D3100, D5100, and D7000 all seem to be of similar quality to me. This is the most crucial aspect, although "advanced" cameras with flashier features are mostly for show. A rotatable screen and an extra 10–20 megapixels are nice to have, but they aren't worth paying a premium for.
Pros
- It's all fantastic! Fits like a glove, easy-to-understand controls, solid construction, and unmistakable Nikon image quality—all at an affordable price!
Cons
- Autofocus is frequently unsuccessful due to the short whale lens's position in low light.
