Review on Xiaomi Mi Robot Vacuum-Mop 2 EU, white by Mateusz Jankowski ᠌

The quality is worse than I have ever seen, a complete disappointment

It worked perfectly for 2 months, then it started to fail, constantly gave an error of the obstacle sensor and could not come to the base the first time (at least 3-5 attempts, sometimes it stopped, and sometimes it just stopped and that's it). They took it and handed it over to the service under warranty (03/18/2023). Service, you guessed it MIXTECH. They returned it to us on 04/05/2023, with the words "according to the results of the diagnostics, the declared defects did not appear, the device is serviceable and fully complies with the declared technical characteristics", but nowhere did they indicate that they opened it and tore off the seal. What to do, they took away. Upon arrival home, they unpacked it (by the way, the box was in a terrible state, apparently it was kicked all over the service), then connected it and let it charge. Upon reaching 100% charge, launched. We were very surprised, since our breakdown disappeared, the obstacle sensor stopped giving out an error, but it began to hit the walls, although it should slow down in front of the obstacle, it feels like the obstacle sensor was simply turned off, there was also a problem with returning to the base, once , I was able to call in only the third time and it was lucky, since usually it’s the fifth time or more, if at all. A new problem also appeared, before the charge of the battery was enough for 4-5 trips around the room of 25 squares, now it’s barely enough for 2 times, I’m saying for sure that the battery was replaced with a worse one ! RESULT: Vacuum cleaner for one-time use, no support, no service center, they don’t solve the problem, but only replace spare parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PURCHASE We will try to hand over again and if they don’t fix it, we’ll try through Rospotrebnadzor
