True to size I bought these to find an alternative to my hey dude shoes and honestly I like these a lot better. These have rubber on the bottom of the foam so they will last a lot longer than comparable brands that are only foam bottom.

- Perfect! Especially on my wide foot

- The shoes lack proper arch support, leading to discomfort and potential foot injuries
