My 6 year old is suddenly afraid of the dark and wants to sleep with the light on. The problem is that I share a room with her and I can't sleep with the lights on. A small normal night light just wasn't bright enough for her. So I started looking and came across this adorable little light. At first I was concerned after reading some reviews that it was too bright, but I think they updated it and it's now at full and 50% power. But even at full power it's not so bright that you won't fall asleep. It's a soft light, but still brightens the room for her to see. It's a little smaller than I expected, but it's my fault for not checking the measurements. Anyway, it's a cute piece, perfect for our situation and I can say you won't be disappointed if you buy it. Love it and would buy it again.
