I currently am not pregnant and don't intend to be but I do suffer from nausea and bloating quite often. I definitely notice a decrease in the nausea about 20 minutes after I drink this. I haven't noticed a decrease in my bloating but I don't think this was intended for bloating so I cannot fault it for that. I am not a huge fan of the taste of this tea but I am very fond of the ingredients and the fact that this has no artificial flavorings or chemicals. This prenatal tea is 100% natural and contains only 6 ingredients: Rooibos tea, fennel, lemon grass, peppermint and ginger. That is all! I also like that it has red raspberry leaf because this is beneficial for your labor and delivery when the time comes. The red raspberry leaf helps to tone and strengthen your uterus, making your contractions stronger and more effective, potentially shortening the length of your labor. As far as price goes, this is a little on the high side. There are other prenatal teas like this that are just as effective but don't cost as much.
