The picture on this thing was awful. Even with the lights off in my office and just the light from my monitors, my face looked washed out (due to the light exposure). Image quality aside, I seemed a bit fuzzy the whole time. Went into windows camera settings to try adjusting all available options. The refresh rate was changed from 50% to 60% and the camera image became 99% dark and could not be recovered no matter how many settings I changed. Disconnected, reconnected, system rebooted. I don't have a picture of this junk right now. Send back.
