Cleaning fruit and vegetables can be a real pleasure. Not with this ceramic peeler. It's really razor-sharp and very light, making peeling fruit or potatoes almost a pleasure. I love it so much I try to peel potatoes from just one skin by turning the potato in my hand. I know some experienced cleaners can even do this with a knife, but I've never been able to. Either the skin was pulled too deep or too shallow and the skin ended up being torn open. This peeler requires no more pressure than is reasonable. The skin doesn't pinch much, and if it does pinch, it's easy to remove. It is easy to clean and stays sharp for a long time.
