Review on Navy Blue Marble Contact Paper 15.7''X118'' - Self-Adhesive, Removable Wallpaper For Kitchen Cabinets & Countertops by Kenneth Broszko

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Transformed our son's desk.

We got this to cover a desk that had been covered with a pinkish, plastic, counter top covering from around 1996. He is using the desk in our basement and wanted to update the look of his "den". It looks really neat. I was surprised by how neat it looks. My husband and I applied it. Husband has never worked with contact paper before. I have extremely limited application experience. We learned a few things during application and would do a better job if we do it again, but it looks pretty darn good. The pattern is kind of difficult to match if you need more than one strip to cover a surface, unless you want to waste a lot of the paper. We did not, as this is in the basement and our son uses the area with very dim lighting most of the time. The picture I will try to upload is not the best. It is a concrete basement wall covered with old comforters. It is a high school guy's homework, hang - out, music production den.

Pros
  • Loved the design!
Cons
  • The contact paper may be too thin, leading to an unconvincing appearance
