I received this tablet in January, just before the holidays. When I returned home, United Airlines crushed my suitcase and damaged many things inside, including my new Duoduogo. Roman TT contacted me to write a review of the tablet. I informed them that I didn't have enough time to use all the features before it broke, so I can't be entirely objective. But before that I was very happy. I have filed a claim for damages through United. And almost 3 months later they actually wrote a check and it wasn't enough. When Novel TT found out that the tablet was damaged, they offered to replace it with a new one for free. I informed them that they are not responsible for the damage. They insisted. My new Duoduogo arrived today. I cannot give enough credit to Roman TT for her care and response. Thank you Roman TT for exceeding all expectations and achieving a very pleasant result.
