They were definitely cheap. Quantity can vary - I had more of some designs and less of others but it didn't really matter - I wanted to make several pairs of earrings or use one or two as charms on bracelets or necklaces. Yes they are cheap and I wasn't expecting much and was not disappointed. You must order or buy jump rings if you want to use them on necklaces or other jewelry. They have really cute designs. They are not fancy or premium but are very cute and would make a lovely wall hanging or other option.
