As an avid athlete, I couldn't wait to test out Simbra's products. Unfortunately, my interaction with this web shop was not positive. Although I had no trouble navigating the site, I was disappointed with the quality of the goods I purchased. Poor craftsmanship meant I had to replace my basketballs and sneakers after only a few months of use. The frustration and lack of preparation I felt on my outdoor trips was compounded by the fact that the hiking gear I had bought had not held up well. In addition, Simbra's support services fell short of expectations. There were several problems with my orders, and I had a hard time getting in contact with a representative. The shipping times were also much longer than I had anticipated, which delayed the arrival of my orders needlessly. In conclusion, despite Simbra's wide selection of sports equipment, the quality of both their products and their customer support is lacking. If you're in the market for high-quality sports gear and accoutrements, I wouldn't suggest you shop there.
