Update: You cannot use this fan while it is plugged in for charging. Once I unplugged this pup from the network, it worked flawlessly. (No, I didn't read the instructions carefully!) I used it outside at the lowest speed for two and a half hours and it was great. It also accidentally got wet twice, but still worked. I also like the feel of the fan part that goes around the neck. That's why it now gets the well-deserved 5 stars! I charged it and used it once and I liked its quietness. However, when I tried to charge them today, they wouldn't charge and stopped working. I hope you have more success than me. I spent money for a one-time use. Not a good buy and actually one of the worst buys I've ever had.
