Can't add digit like 1 to caller id, caller id shows 123-456-7890, you can't add 1, so you can't select number from caller id and press talk button. **** **************** Original review November 2020 ************************* * * **** As other people said, the microphone is not amplified in hands-free mode. You have to hold the phone by the bottom where the microphone is right in front of your mouth as if you're not using the speakerphone at all. The sound quality and volume of the speaker is good. Range is ok, I have 2 acres and it works anywhere, 2300ft although that would be a range I would say. The Bluetooth to cellular connection works pretty well. One thing I really dislike is that you can't name each phone like bedroom, living room, etc. They are prenamed HS1, HS2, HS3, HS4 and you cannot change them. I don't care about those two points, then they will work fine for you.
