Review on CAMVATE Camera Cage Rig with Top Handle, Tripod Mount Plate - Compatible with Nikon, Sony, Panasonic (Black) by Martin Dosunmu

I chose this particular camera cage because unlike many other cages it came with bottom rails and a top handle and it was convenient not to order these extras separately. The parts are high quality, it was pretty easy and quick to put together, and it gives you dozens of options to mount the mic, lights, monitor, etc. I use this with a Canon 60D and have full access to my battery compartment. and unscrew the rotary sieve. The only downside to this cage is that the rails and handle cannot be quickly detached/attached to store in a camera bag, but that is the nature of this type of product. This opens up a lot of scope for customizing your camera, but you lose portability.
