I received two of the same parts, so I could not assemble a bed that both rails could be attached to. That's the whole point of a baby bed. I wanted to send it back to Revain and they told me to call the manufacturer. I did exactly that and the women I spoke to were very direct about what I had to do to get my share and didn't apologize, so I guess they're in big trouble. I was also told it would take at least a week to receive my part after filling out a lengthy form and mailing it back to them. Required form:) Model number 2) Date of manufacture 3) Manufacturer code 4) Color 5) Where the product was purchased 6) The part indicated in the instructions for use is missing 7) Proof of purchase 8) Contact phone 9) Shipping address That's a lot of information to collect, just to get the part that should have been included in the first place. So instead I just returned everything to Amazon, went to my local Target and bought a different brand. It was a bit more expensive but it was the best bed that had all the parts.
