I bought other regular DS3231 RTS but they just couldn't keep up. You were free up to 30 minutes a month. So I finally got the Adafruit RTC. It's been two weeks and he still hasn't lost a second. Good job Adafruit. The problem is that the regular chips may be fake DS3231 chips, the crystal oscillator wasn't very accurate and it didn't compensate for temperature variations like the real DS3231 can. Thank you Adafrut.
