I was eager to test out CANAY's assortment of infant supplies and care necessities as a parent. To be honest, I have to admit that I was disappointed with this online shop. The goods' quality was the first problem I ran into. Although there was a wide variety, the items I received seemed to be of low quality, and they didn't last very long. As a customer, I also discovered that some of the products didn't perform as well as claimed. To make things worse, I struggled with CANAY's customer service. I contacted the team to ask about returning some of the goods, but they were slow to respond. After waiting for weeks, I eventually received a response, but they were unhelpful and unwilling to collaborate with me to find a solution. Overall, I was dissatisfied with my CANAY buying trip. Although the concept of the store is fantastic, the execution in terms of both merchandise quality and customer service is lacking. I'd advise other parents to conduct study before buying something from this online retailer.
