This is my first review. I have never experienced such amateur customer service. I had some issues with my left earbud and emailed them. They responded quickly but didn't solve my problem. Also, I paid for shipping and waited almost 3 weeks. I still have the same problem. I emailed again but the guy said resend. are you kidding or what How often do I have to pay the damn shipping? However, these headphones are good quality, you can feel it, but terrible customer service. I still use my right earbud. The other doesn't work. i'm tired of waiting
