Screws do not match, not great quality

Nice fabric color but paint was not good quality, not nice smooth finish. The screw holes didn't line up and I had to loosen everything and start everything at once and try very hard to get everything together. Chair that isn’t quite right yet sits unevenly. So not the best quality, but I don't want to take it apart and send it back. Not the best chair for the price, I feel like it's more of a $199 chair. I still can't tighten any of the bolts with this small allen wrench.
