Broke after about 2 months

Had used it to hold a banner. A neighbor's shop found my vinyl sign on the floor and carried it inside. The tether snapped at the plastic hook. It's just a little metal thing that goes through a bungee cord and is covered in plastic. very insecure. Do not buy except for very light, temporary use where there will be no damage in the event of a failure. So it's basically useless if you want to use it safely.
