Great except it didn't come with the cable required for operation
I couldn't get it to work with the cable that came with the headphones. I spoke to the support service and it turned out that the required cable had to be ordered separately. It's not about the cost ($6 and change) but that it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration trying to get the cable that came with the headphones to work. It's not like this. I don't understand why they didn't include the cable to the headphones listed in the owner's manual. Kind of stupid.
