🎧 Enhanced WHRF400 Sony RF400 Wireless Home Theater Headphones for TV Viewing Review

We bought these for my parents because she had trouble with the Bluetooth style. Bluetooth disconnects and has to be toggled on and off etc etc, just unreliable. On the other hand, these are just radio frequencies like a cordless phone and they work very reliably as long as they are charged. There is no pairing, just turn them on and they work. She has a bit of trouble placing them properly on the charging dock, but that can happen with all earbuds.

my husband loves this product and we bought a second set. He reported that they are much better than the old ones we replaced. He thought they were great but was surprised by the quality and better sound. I couldn't get it to work with the cable that came with the headphones. I spoke to the support service and it turned out that the required cable had to be ordered separately. It's not about the cost ($6 and change) but that it would have saved me a lot of time and frustration trying to get the cable that came with the headphones to work. It's not like this. I don't understand why they didn't include the cable to the headphones listed in the owner's manual. Kind of stupid.

There are two different RF400s, although Sony fools buyers into getting original quality RF 400s impossible to use without removing and reading in bright light to lay. I loved my original RF 400s, they had large, comfortable ear pads and easy to use controls. The only downside was the cheap Sony plastic.
