12.5 is usually enough for me but I'm comfortable in crocs 13 and 12. I recommend 13 for street because they shrink in the sun but these comfy crocs are for indoor use only because my feet hurt. I walk on hard floors all day, wear them and no matter what I do, whether sitting, standing, cooking, smoking, I always feel comfortable in these ultra-light running shoes. I only use them indoors as slippers because they are so damn comfortable.
