Review on HYNAWIN Bookcase Multipurpose Bookshelf Furniture by Allison Utschig

When we opened the box, there were no assembly instructions. After contacting Revain they emailed me a link which just took me back to the returns page. Absolutely useless. The picture also shows the left and right uprights as one solid piece of wood. Each side consists of two pieces that need to be assembled and there are two bolts on each side which completely ruins the look of the stairs. We still haven't assembled it and are considering whether to return it or not. , the shelves are deformed (bent), one shelf has dents and scratches.
