I bought this memory card to add 16GB to my Samsung Galaxy S4 phone. I have already deleted all photos and videos in WD MyCloud. The only thing I had to move to the card was my downloaded programs. Apparently this is impossible. There was 1GB of memory left before transferring programs. After transferring the programs, only 2GB of free space was left on my phone. My card still had plenty of space, but moving apps to the card had little to no impact on phone storage. It wasn't the card's fault, but how the phone handles the storage.
