It has all needed tools to help us perform our daily tasks while providing remote support for clients using vSphere at their sites as well (using RDSH).
I haven't found anything so far but some minor issues we're solving by working around them - not having it's own virtual keyboard/mouse when managing console sessions from my desktop computer would be nice feature if included into future releases :) Would love seeing better pricing options available than yearly subscription plan which doesn´t make much sense given how expensive these devices are! We have reduced total cost per client significantly thanks to this tool being used both internally within departmental network infrastructure setup AND externally supporting customers' networks through VMware Site Recovery solution.
