Great app for remote working - easy to navigate and setup

Overall I liked how simple it was to navigate using my mobile phone as there wasn't much for desktop clients. It didn’t have great support when we started out so some new things were getting overlooked at first - like you couldnt select folders (maybe thats because its from 2016?) but once our provider had us signed up everything seems good! Have not been able to use anything apart maybe basic text editing/typing through webpages - though I think having a keyboard app would make life easier…

Effective and easy-to use troubleshooting, monitoring & management solutions

It has all needed tools to help us perform our daily tasks while providing remote support for clients using vSphere at their sites as well (using RDSH). I haven't found anything so far but some minor issues we're solving by working around them - not having it's own virtual keyboard/mouse when managing console sessions from my desktop computer would be nice feature if included into future releases :) Would love seeing better pricing options available than yearly subscription plan which doesn´t…
