The New Balance 577 and its 5xx walking predecessors offer excellent all-day support. I tried the more expensive NB running shoes when I couldn't buy this model and they perform just as well but don't seem worth the extra cost. To me, this is the "right fit" aided by the choice of eyelet holes on the top for a snug fit. And the black color lends itself to a relaxed vibe in the workplace.
