As mentioned, I received my order fairly quickly within the delivery window when it was supposed to be delivered. I have no problem receiving my package although my main concern was that Amazon Drive would be confusing in delivering my packages as my apartment is connected to Dental staff and I cannot find the correct entrance to receive the package to sell as it was delivered on Sunday. My other concern was how I wanted my package delivered and have updated my instructions so the amazon driver can call me instead when they arrive They dialed my apartment number on the building keypad so I could pick up my apartment Telephone which I was unable to reach on a walker, immediately called Revane afterwards and explained everything that had happened and that the driver had not followed the instructions given as to what was supposed to be happening. All the numbers left on the shipping instructions once it arrived, Amozon responded by contacting the driver and actually sent him back to redeliver my package. asked the driver to stay on the phone while I go to the phone at my apartment before they can call my apartment to actually stay on the correct phone even though I would actually have to pick up the phone at the apartment to call them it's going to be a long time last. Minute as you know finally reached my apartment phone but then the amazon driver hung up as soon as I picked up my apartment phone tried to give the driver further instructions but I kept having to answer the question how to go into it Entering building which by the time I explained to the second how to get to my apartment my phone in the apartment was off waited a minute for the driver to call back but they didn't call back then I tried so quickly down the corridor as possible because that's how I live the corridor, like at the very end, so I ended up going downstairs to see a man in uniform in the lobby with a mail bin. I stop and ask if he just delivered Some packages he didn't say and just left. I went to the mailbox area to see if there was a package on the floor where my mailbox is, but I don't see the box. I see all these other Amazon boxes stacked to the side and I kept seeing the same thing the same name and then actually found the refills, although I had ordered two other not that heavy items my package wasn't very heavy though it had some weight and i use a walker to bring it to the apartment although the driver had to bring it to my apartment PRODUCT: When i opened my amazon package to get the product it was very light and very packaged nicely and securely, the product outside the box for example was very light: if you wanted to hold it in one hand you would have not strained your arm to hold it when dealing with others her mannequin head a bit or even more extra weight than you want. This product comes with clips anyway. Another thing I like about this product is a hair texture feels very soft and feels very realistic throughout the hair. literally of all the mannequins i have had or had in the past, this mannequin is the ONLY one, like the first, #1, it's more like you've been my entire life.
