I love that it's so easy to use! It has all my favorite features (voice recognition, text-to speech) as well as some new ones too such as being able to send messages back via chat/emoji etc.
The only thing i dislike at this time would be there isn't an option yet for you can choose which words have been recorded or not if they are wrong but hopefully soon will come along with more options. If anyone wants something simple where their customer service team doesn't need training then definitely check out app bot!! You won't regret using them once u get started :) We've found our CSRs much quicker when dealing through voice bots rather than waiting around hours while someone calls us up. Our call centre now gets less busy during non peak times meaning we're getting better quality support throughout each day instead of having people just hanging round doing nothing most days.
