Review on Ecarke Battery Convert Adapter Milwaukee by Tony Suggs

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Seems to work, wish the Port of Milwaukee looked different

Seems to work, haven't used it in a while but worked great for a few cuts I needed to make on my old one Dewalt circular saw. Some people complained that the connections would loosen and the tool would lose power when moving, but I didn't have this problem. It wobbles a bit where the Milwaukee battery plugs in, but I kept the trigger on the drill and shook it without losing power or unbuckling it. It also easily attaches and detaches from Dewalt tools, which was a pleasant surprise as most other 18v batteries I've had didn't fit well. so far on my Dewalt circular saw that it interferes with cutting with the guard fully retracted. I was able to cut 1/2" thick plywood, but anything thicker wouldn't work, just because of the shape of this particular saw. This is a very legitimate grudge for most people. I haven't used a USB port (nor do I plan to). ), but at this price I'm pretty sure it's just a simple buck converter that steps down to 5V, so it's not. I won't charge a modern smartphone this century, but I didn't buy it for that.

Pros
  • Power tool parts and accessories
Cons
  • Nothing here
