It's really true to the picture. The fabric isn't the BEST but it's pretty soft on and you can't feel it at all. The sleeves seem to be decently attached as well and don't restrict any arm movement (within reason). I'm usually a size S/4 (5'6" 124lb) but the sizing chart dimensions indicated that I should be a medium and that fits perfectly. It mostly depends on your chest diameter. The material isn't what I'd call opaque but I wouldn't call it translucent either. I can wear it no bra with a pasty and it's fine. Pretty dope.
